The Local Customer Manager / Hub Customer Contact provide a clear customer interface for local R&D Shanghai business and ensure successful that services from ITTE Engineering Service Delivery (ESD) are done in a professional and successful way. The person will be the main business interface representing the complete local ITTE ESD deliveries and needs to have a thorough understanding of Company R&D requirements with emphasis on software development including test environments. In this position there are high expectations on technical understanding; financial knowledge and the candidate shall be able to interact with both engineers and upper management. The right candidate will initiate improvements and drive the evolvement of the business in alignment with the strategies. On a day-to-day basis the Local Customer Manager / Hub Customer Contact works with requirements handling, follows up quality and timeliness on deliveries, handles escalations, keeps business and ITTE ESD up to date on plans and steps forward. From time to time the Local Customer Manager / Hub Customer Contact shall also be able to act as a project manager for improvement and change projects. The Local Customer Manager / Hub Customer Contact may also act as product owner for deliveries from agile teams. The Local Customer Manager / Hub Customer Contact will have a lot of meetings and collaboration with other countries as Company is a global company and the services that are delivered by ITTE ESD Shanghai are delivered not only to local users but both domestic and international.

Qualifications
Skills and experiences we are looking for are:
* Experience from telecommunication system development
* Thorough understanding of Software Development including Test Environments
* Experience from service delivery
* Leadership experience
* Ability to drive change
* Business understanding
* Financial experience
* Excellent English
* Excellent presentation techniques
* High ability to resolve conflicts
* Ability to plan and execute accordingly
* Positive and Collaborative Mindset
* Masters degree in Engineering / Business
* ITIL/BSM/eTOM certification or experience is a plus
The position is based in Shanghai with limited amount of travel domestic and international.
Employment will be on local conditions.
