Reports to:  Technical Manager

 

Performs energy project development functions, for big scale energy retrofit projects and energy performance contract projects of building. Supports management with the development of energy projects (EPC or energy retrofit projects) as a core business offering.

Support North team building & light industry team in defining energy saving potential and opportunity

Experienced in consultant or design for cleaning room (pharmaceutics& commercial goods) or experienced in design or consultant in light industry area (food &beverage, Texile industry.)

Combine EE solution with Company Electric products and architecture.

Build up EE competence for light industry in North.

 

Ÿ   Perform preliminary and detailed facility audits to identify energy saving measures/ opportunities and/or energy solutions.

Ÿ   Cooperate with green building team in providing GBL and LEED certification service.

Ÿ   Coordinates with HK sales and Commercial Consultant in the qualification of project and support the implementation of strategies in sales procedure.

Ÿ   Identify new energy saving technologies in the regions and develop energy saving tools for calculation.

 

Ÿ   Based in Shenzhen

Ÿ   Travel sometimes

 

Ÿ   Good internal communication & coordination ability with Company technical team and business unit to ensure the project resources to resolve the technical difficulties.

Ÿ   Communicate internally with Company organization (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Tender, Tender,…) to ensure high working efficiency and good coordination.

 

Ÿ   Well supports customer technically and commercially, convince customer of the technical solution

Ÿ   Well support north EE team in the sales activity and project development

 

Ÿ   Back ground in HVAC, automation preferable.

Ÿ   +5 years technical consultant background, 8 years preferable

Ÿ   Cleaning room HVAC design experience

Ÿ   Good communication and convincing skills.

Ÿ   Good team player.

Ÿ   Excellent interpersonal - relationship

Ÿ   Basic financial literacy.

Ÿ   CEM or CMVP or LEED certification is preferred

Ÿ   Confident and strong convincing skill
