<This is not a management position but manage an account as sales responsible.>
 
The Sales Manager shall
•       be responsible for meeting orders booked and revenue targets and develop strategic sales plans that position Company to expand our business with a customer within a well defined area
•       lead the Core 3 team to identify, develop and successfully close business opportunities in accordance with the Company Sales Process
•       build strong relationships with the customer and leverage such relationships to develop business opportunities
•       proactively develop proposals in order to sell new solutions and increase top line
•       lead negotiations through the entire process - proactively working with the customer to define contract terms and successfully close the sale
•       provide input to sales forecast, including forecasting equipment and service requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•       Create and close business opportunities
•       Meet revenue and/or orders booked targets
•       Customer relationship & communication management
•       Sales activity management according to Company Sales Process
•       Lead Core 3 team
•       Customer satisfaction
•       Bid and contract management
•       Pricing and profitability calculations
•       Provide input to financial and equipment/services forecast
•       Customer order handling, invoicing, collections and contract fulfillment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1.      Strong drive to sales and leadership
2.      University degree or equivalent
3.      English skill (medium level in speaking and writing)
4.      Sales Knowledge and Experience
5.      Highly developed customer orientation with strong presentation and communication skills
6.      Customer sales experience and competences, including handling of offer, contract, invoice, business forecast
7.      Financial knowledge
8.      Telecom knowledge, especially experience working with mobile networks
9.      Ability to create values for eAccess and EMOBILE based on good technical and product knowledge
10.   Strong skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint

1.      Ability to translate customer needs, complaints & requirements into new business opportunities
2.      Excellent capability to establish good relationship with customers, flexibility, open & sale oriented mind and challenge spirits
3.      Firm, analytic, bright and cooperative person who can drive changes and improvements
4.      Good capability to work as an internal bridge
