.net Umbraco CMS software consultant

The .Net CMS Consultant must have strong .NET Development experience including C# and ASP.NET combined with knowledge and experience of a .Net CMS preferably Umbraco. The candidate will be responsible for the design and development of large, dynamic and complex customer-facing websites with integration to back-end transactional and legacy systems

 

-Involved in daily Software Research and Development activities which includes assist in requirements, estimation, delivers agreed user stories and offering technical guidance.

-Team player who is self organised and can work independently.

-Interact with other consultants to ensure design / implementation decisions for individual deliverables comply with the application architecture and company standards.

-Understand software scalability, reliability, durability and security.

-Recognise potential for code and design reuse (design patterns).

-Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.

 

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

-At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

-Strong .NET Developer with experience and exposure to a .Net CMS preferably Umbraco CMS.

-The right candidate must have strong .NET Development experience including C# and ASP.NET combined with knowledge and experience of a .Net CMS preferably Umbraco.

-Experience in development of large customer-facing websites driven by rich content through a CMS with dynamic features and functionality

-Experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of e-business solutions based on Microsoft .Net platform.

- Strong software development experience with OO approach and OO languages (including C#).

-Strong knowledge of Distributed Application Architecture

-Strong software development skills with solid exposure to .Net Framework, ASP.Net, XML (XSL, XSD), WCF, Web Services, SOA, SaaS, S+S, SQL Server.

-Middle Tier Development Experience

-Experience of Agile Development practices and Methodology

 

-Knowledge of .Net 2.0/3.0/4.0 with C# and ASP.Net

-Knowledge of a .Net CMS preferably Umbraco

-Microsoft SQL Server, WCF Web Services, , HTML / XHTML, Javascript, CSS.

-Windows Server Platform configuration experience and scripting including IIS
