HR Officer, HR Direct (Japanese Speaker)

Description
Provide and deliver actual and easily accessible information about HR processes, tools and terms of employment, to satisfy needs of the line organization - managers and employees.
Summary of responsibilities:
¡¤ Receive, pre-analyze, categorize and describe inquiries, complaints and feedback received by phone, web request or mail from end-user
¡¤ If knowledge and authorization sufficient, solve the inquiries received in 1st line immediately, if not, escalate inquiries to 2nd line support if needed.
¡¤ Timely feedback to 2nd and 3rd line support regarding information or process that needs to be updated and optimized.
¡¤ Utilize a Call system (Solidus) and a Case Management Tracking System(WIH) for logging all HR inquiries received
¡¤ Train newly employed team members according to defined training program
¡¤ Be proactive to build and share knowledge within all HR areas to all other team members concerned.
¡¤ Take the initiative to escalate proposals on improvements regarding tools, routines and processes for most efficient work.
¡¤ Participate and lead HR program or project according to HR Shared Service Center running initiatives
Qualifications
General competence requirements
¡¤ Good knowledge and understanding of all HR concepts and processes.
¡¤ Customer focused attitude
¡¤ Communication skills to include active listening, ability to communicate with foreign cultures, and empathy
¡¤ Strong team work spirit
¡¤ Ability to work in a structured environment
¡¤ Basic knowledge of project management, ability to drive HR projects independently
Qualification
¡¤ Master Degree, major in language study, Psychology or Human Resources Management is preferred
¡¤ Preferable 1 year of work experience within a Human Resources area
¡¤ High proficiency in Japanese, English and Chinese
¡¤ Proficiency with PC applications such as Windows, MS Office, Internet Explorer, and HR database applications |
