Android Framework Developer Lead
Beijing
Responsibility:
• Lead a developer team to design and implement one or more Android middleware frameworks. These frameworks could be a combination of Java and C/C++ ¡°system libraries¡± (with JNI)
• Work closely with quality assurance team to ensure their deliverables' quality
• Work closely with architect group to deliver high level design, low level design and prototypes.
• Coach junior developers
Requirement:
• Bachelor/Master degree in CS, EE or related
• Highly proficient with C/C++ programming skills
• Good at Java over Android platform development experience
• Highly skilled with one or more Android middleware frameworks (¡°libraries¡±) development
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong knowledge on Android System Architecture and Android source code
• Strong capability in OOA/OOD, UML and design pattern
• Familiar with Linux/Android kernel development
• Experience on Embedded Linux programming
• Wireless communication knowledge (CDMA/UMTS/GSM) is a plus
• Proven to be quick learner and good team player£¬ take responsibilities and initiatives
• Self-motivated, target driven and innovative thinking
• Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills required
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Open minded and willing to accept challenge |
