Company LTE Research Center is looking for L23 and OAM software design manager for LTE eNodeB products. As a L23 and OAM software design manager, you will own and drive product development and provide leadership for a group of 15+ software designers in an innovative and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the planning, software designing, implementation and success of complex LTE eNodeB products and you need to be technical leader and motivator who are comfortable leading the team in a high-pressure, dynamic, and global environment. You will also need to cooperate together with people from different functional groups like system, integration, support and product mgmt teams to accomplish the goals

Required Skills & Experience:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc in Wireless Communication, Computer Science or Electronic Engineering

- Good knowledge of TCP/IP and network mgmt protocols
- Good understanding of LTE RAN and general mobile technology (e.g. WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, TD-LTE)
- Strong leadership capable of motivating and energizing the very best software engineers, as well as gaining their respect
- Demonstrated experience in developing Telecommunication level products
- Demonstrated expertise in software release life cycle management and quality control in an agile development environment
- Demonstrated expertise in problem solving and technical innovation
- Excellent communication abilities in both Chinese and English
