Description
• The main responsibility as Radio NW Consultant is to complete services solution to meet customers' business needs. It includes all Radio NW aspects from beginning to end, Radio NW Planning and Radio NW Optimization. Radio NW Consultants are also responsible for providing Business development and Sales Support within area of expertise.
• In more than 75% working time will travel outside Beijing (include Oversea Travel)
• The Radio Network Consultant work tasks are:
o Designing radio network for GSM, WCDMA, LTE.
o Consultancy on radio network optimization and performance improvement.
Qualifications
• GSM/WCDMA/LTE Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Radio Characteristics, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation)
• Performance Analysis (Air Interface Protocol analysis, Voice, CS, PS analysis)
• Minimum a Bachelor of Science certificate in Telecommunications / Computer Area or equivalent.
• Excellent English skills, both oral and writing abilities are mandatory.
• Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential.
• Strong IT/IP knowledge is much more preferred.
• Good communication skills with ability to work in multi-ethnical environment.
• Broad knowledge within the field of radio communication systems
• Willing to travel for short or long assignments, willing to work hard for the company and personal development
• 3+ years of working experiences in related area will be a plus
Services Engineer (Experienced in IP Networking)

Description
· Focus on IP Products in Company
· Carry out intense testing to certify solution's suitability and readiness for deployment
· Provide onsite support, troubleshooting, implementation and rollout
· Conduct network and system audits or assessment
· Work with Project Manager to identify the scope of work for projects
· Perform knowledge transfer to internal staff
· Handle various levels (high, detail & low) of documentations and Knowledge Based Article
· Perform problems replication and product faults identification
· Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation
· Travel to other mainland China cities and overseas countries is required.
· Base in Beijing, but subject to company decision it may be relocated to other cities if needed.
· It is not required now, but in future may be required to provide customer support case handling.
Qualifications
· Degree holder or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
· Around 3-5 years hands-on networking experience in supporting or deploying Router and Broadband Remote Access, or large routing solutions.
· Strong background in IT environments and sound understanding IT issues
· In-depth knowledge of Networking Technologies such as BGP, MPLS and L2/L3 VPN, IS-IS, OSPF, L2TP, PPPoX, Radius, DHCP, ATM, Frame Relay, IP sec, IP Multicast, Firewall and Security etc
· Working skills in UNIX/Linux is an advantage.
· Previous exposure of VoIP/SBC/IMS is a definite asset
· Familiar with network analysis tools and test equipments
· Possess diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
· Hands on experience in Juniper, F5, Cisco, Extreme and Huawei equipment would be also an advantage
· Candidates with CCIE, JCNIX or other relevant networking qualifications will be considered with higher priority
· Independent but also a good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
· Good customer management skill and able to deal with difficult and complex situations
· A quick learner with excellent implementation skill, drawing upon one's creativeness and resourcefulness

Packet Core Network Support Engineer

Description
As a Packet Core Network Support Engineer, you will be working with Packet Switch Core technology of 2G, 3G and 4G mobile networks, providing technical support to global customers, for Company's key PCN systems and solutions, such as SGSN/MME, GGSN/SGW/PGW, PCC, etc.
Your responsibility includes:
- Handling assigned Customer Service Request cases from global customers
- Close communication with internal and external customers for support cases
- In-depth technical analysis and troubleshooting on technical issues
- Provide solution to customer problem and seek for customer satisfaction
- Isolate, identify and report product faults to product design organization
- Cooperate between teams across Company support organization globally
- Participate roster of emergency for global customers
- Team work with colleagues on team assignments and targets
- Knowledge share and transfer with colleagues
- Continuous self-driven competence development in work related technical and business areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher degree in telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of telecommunication network and technology
- Solid knowledge of datacom networking, especially TCP/IP
- Minimum two years working experience in telecom or datacom networking with technical practice
- Ability to perform systematic troubleshooting and analysis of complex technical issues in detail
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good communication ability and presentation skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Fast and self-driven learner with great interest in telecom technology
- Be able to work under pressure especially in urgent and difficult situation

To be considered as a plus:
- Working experience with mobile network GPRS / packet switch core technology
