Description
Participate in projects as resource of electrical design, with detailed planning of own work to perform optimized design based on requirement specification, and secure design performance, time and cost.
Specify, verify and document new designs in accordance with Hardware Design Process.
Contribute with creativity and innovation to Product Innovation target.
Is expected to recommend improvements, such as but limited to:
¡¤Cost reduction of products and systems
¡¤Provide proposal to improve production efficiency and yield
¡¤Improvement of methods and tools for the early design phases.
Understand manufacturing process
Ability to act as team leader
Can take a lead and solve HW design problems
Is expected to represent R&D team in external review for a works with development planning
Be able to discuss requirements with customers and Product Managers
Follow up new technology development in related area and share to team.
Initiates and decide how functions will be implemented and performs analysis and evaluates alternatives.
Decide test methods and define test cases for Power designs
Approve Test and Verification Specifications at own area
Be able to discuss requirements with customers and Product Managers

Qualifications
Master degree or above of first level University, major in Electrical Engineering is required, Power Electronics is preferred
A minimum of 3 years experience of analog design development
Proven experience on DC/DC Converters design is mandatory.
Knowledge in Digital Control and Filter Theory.
Skilled in using Cadence and/or Mentor for schematics and layouts
Good team player with good communication skill.
Fluent in English speaking and writing.
Well organized and creative
Result oriented and good initiative
Self-motivated with positive personal personality
