Roles & Responsibilities
l Develop new features in Graphic handling area, such as video coding & decoding, HW graphic acceleration and Graphic APIs like OpenGL.
l Analyze and fix issues reported by verification team.
l Integrate and verify 3rd party deliveries.
Qualification
l OS Kernel level experience is a must. Linux kernel is preferable.
l Memory management knowledge is a must.
l Understanding basic concept of video, for instance, H.264, MPEG4, ITU656, YUV, RGB is a must.
l Experience in display processor and interface (DSI, HDMI, MDDI) is a must.
l Strong C/C++ programming is a must.
l Strong system debug skill and familiar with debug tool is a must.
l Knowledge of embedded Surface Flinger, EGL and OpenGL is a huge plus.
l Knowledge of Android HAL layer is a big plus.
l Experience in mobile phone SW development is a plus.
l More than 3 years experience in relevant area is needed.
OS Engineer

Qualification
l More than 4 years working experience in Embedded SW development.
l Long experience in working in Embedded Linux Kernel is a must.
l Strong competence in using core debug tools is a must.
l Experience in file system, memory handling (NAND drivers, eMMC, memory cards etc) is a very big plus
l Activity in Linux Kernel open source community is a very big plus.
l Experience with Google Android is a plus.

l Work as a global FAT(feature area team) leader to drive the feature definition work and summarize in a feature definition report for all platforms.
l Lead a small development team, include about 10 Developers and 5 testers.
l Make a rough schedule and contact with the planer to put it into the features development pipeline.
l Track the feature development progress and update to the pipeline.
l Make sure the resource available with the sponsor including the test resource for the feature development.
l Work with project manager to support the global platform feature development.
