Roles & Responsibilities:
• Be Head of Beijing SWD Project Office. As people manager, to lead, manage, motivate, coach and develop team members, to build-up a qualified, competitive and productive project office.
• Be part of the global SWD Program Office.
• Be responsible to provide project management to all Beijing SW Development.
• Be responsible to facilitate the overall steering of all SW Development Projects in Beijing.
• Be responsible to the project management process for Beijing SW Development.
• Be responsible to drive overall resource planning for Beijing SW Development.
Qualification
• Over 5 years working experience, especially in mobile phone SW development & project management. Good understanding and business sense in mobile phone SW development project management & governance. Over 3 year managing experience and proven leadership and people management skills.
• Be familiar with SW Engineering Processes, understanding SW development model, especially in mobile device industry.
• Strategic thinking, highly independent and self-directed. Good team work in cross-function department.
• Experienced & good in local & global cooperation.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (both verbal and written) |
