Software design engineer ¡ª DSP driver

Responsibilites:
3 years or above driver development experience (on DSP preferred).
- Good understandings of RapidIO protocol and RapidIO driver development is a plus.
- Embedded SW development knowledge using Realtime OS and the knowledge in digital HW is an advantage.
- Knowledge and working experience with Freescale chipset and IDE tools.
- Good understanding of LTE RAN and general Mobile technology (e.g. GSM, TD-SCDMA, WCDMA,LTE/TDD)
Qualifications & Competence requirements:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science or telecommunication engineering or related discipline (Masters preferred).
- 3 years or above Embedded Linux kernel tailoring and real time performance optimization
- Good interpersonal and social networking skills, a team worker is must.
- Good at taking initiatives and follow up issues.
- Good technical writing, communicative skills and a high proficiency in English both oral and written.
- Good C/C++ skills (3+ years).
- Good Analytic ability and good capacity to structure a problem and gather information.
- Quality and efficiency minded, result oriented and flexible.
