Senior Manager, Software Design

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic development, operations, human resources and financial management of the software design unit.
1. Accountable for software design delivery commitment through resource planning, cost control and task allocation.
2. Set objectives, provide coaching, guidance and feedback, lead team members to their optimum performance levels.
3. Establish and continuously improve software design process, tools and environment to ensure delivery with quality and efficiency.
4. Recruits, develop and manage competence, performance and compensation of the unit.
5. Ensure proper coaching and knowledge transfer within the unit.
6. Foster strong relationships to all relevant internal and external customers and partners.
7. Make quality decisions and take appropriate actions within the area of responsibility.
8. Cooperate closely with the other R&D sites worldwide in Beijing, Sweden, Japan, and US etc.
9. Create highly motivating and productive working culture by leading as an example.
 
Qualification
1. University degree or above in computer engineering, electrical engineering or related areas.
2. Minimum of 5 years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization.
3. Exceptional knowledge and skills in software design methodology and processes.
4. Strong track record in software design management.
5. Strong willingness to walk extra mile for excellence.
6. Preferable with international or multination corporation working experience.
7. Be able to excel in idea generation, evaluation and prioritization, customer and partner       engagement, cross-functional cooperation and building/ developing great engineering teams.
8. Highly developed people and communication (both Chinese and English, written and spoken) skills.
9. An open minded towards change, ability to prioritize and delegate.
 
 
Senior Manager, System Design

Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities
1.    Assistant to Business Head
Be fully in charge of business schedule management and travel arrangement. Handle phone calls & key visitors. Compile resolutions and supporting documents for approval. Organize and coordinate Business Head¡¯s daily routine/business working schedule. Provide data analysis, meeting minutes and business reports. Provide other necessary operational assistance as assigned.
2.    Support Department managers in organization
Support department managers with travel arrangement. Compile resolutions and supporting documents for approval. Support with ordering in SAP when needed. Provide other necessary operational assistance as assigned.
3.    Administrative Management
Plan, organize and improve administrative services. Secure and monitor smoothly administration operation management in organization. Organize and facilitate meetings. Perform as department representative to coordinate with different support functions in the company and liaison with other departments when is needed.
4.    Process, Policy and Regulation
Follow and review work process in the office administration area. Implement and monitor company policy and regulation
5.    Other tasks
Fulfill other relative tasks assigned by the Business Head in accordance with business needs
 
Qualification
¡¤           Bachelor Degree or above, 3-5 years assistant experience in multi-national company
¡¤           Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
¡¤           Strong sense of responsibilities, strong interpersonal and communication skill;
¡¤           Structured in thinking; Result oriented.
¡¤           Good service mind, with positive attitude.

HR Business Partner, Development

Roles & Responsibilities
¡¤           Position will be the HR interface with business department and employees. This role will ensure HR programs and plans are designed and implemented to support business priorities. In addition, this role will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR consultancy & services, which ensure seamless and transparent.
¡¤           Translate business strategies into people strategies. Address the implications of the people strategies on the organization¡¯s culture, organization and ways of work. 
¡¤           Formulate, oversee and track successful implementation of the key HR programs, including resources planning, talent management, performance management, rewards and recognitions, competence development, etc.
¡¤           Coach, counsel and advice line managers and project managers regarding proper implementation of HR strategies. Interpreter business priorities in tangible people terms that can be communicated and measured through a performance driven culture.
¡¤           Make culture change a business priority, translating desired organizational culture into specific employee behaviors, champion the culture transformation process.
¡¤           Work closely with HR Function team and Asia HR operations team, provide high quality and effective HR solutions, supports and advice to the business,
¡¤           Provide HR consultancy to business head & managers to support business growth
¡¤           Monitors the delivery of HR services to ensure business requirements are met.
 
Qualification
¡¤           Solid HR management experience with proven track record in MNCs
¡¤           Strong analytical and problem solving ability
¡¤           Customer oriented, strong service mind
¡¤           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
