Description
· Design and develop test strategy based on customer spec and product requirements
· Write test specification and develop test tools
· Setup and maintain test environment, integrate the OAM system including installation and configuration.
· Perform tests, debug node/system issues and verify compliance of interfaces and features
· Travel for certification and customer site activities on demand
· Work in cross-unit and cross-functional team environment with system engineer and software designer
Qualifications
· BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Telecom Engineering
· Above 2 years' working experience in telecom software testing preferred areas like Node level OAM testing, EMS testing, NMS testing, etc. R&D Project experience in NBI (Northbound Interface) area is preferred
· Experience of integration test, testing method and technologies
· Familiarity with UNIX, Sybase DB, CORBA and scripts
· OAM knowledge in Network Elements for Radio and Core Network Node or Optical transmission Node or GPON Node will be a plus
· Familiarity with Chinese Operator OAM Specs and NMS will be a plus
· Be a good team player, open, flexible and result-oriented
· Fluency in oral and written English
