MISSION
¡¤ Partner with Manufacturing Excellence Manager to develop and deploy LifeSpace Asia Pacific Electronics strategy, with focus on establishing world class manufacturing entity. Also, to develop the technology competency related to processing and testing in each relevant plant.
¡¤ Define clear vocation for Electronics Manufacturing within LifeSpace Asia Pacific plants.
Dimensions
¡¤ Partner with Deployment to define vocation for Electronics ¨C technology, product and process vocation.
¡¤ Develop and deploy Electronics strategy ¨C to build world class manufacture.
¡¤ Partner with Deployment to define clear Make or Buy (MOB) strategy for each plant, and deploy the actions to align with SE MOB Industrial Strategy for PCBA.
¡¤ Build clear strategy and plan to improve people competency on Electronics manufacture, testing and product knowledge.
¡¤ Actively participate in defect analysis and customer complaints related to Electronics process and/or product failure.
¡¤ Develop Tester competency, deploy world class TPM practices to improve equipment performance, quality and life
SPECIFIC ISSUES
Electronics Strategy, Vocation & Make-or-Buy
¡¤ Develop and deploy clear and structured vocation for Electronics in LifeSpace AP factories with close partnership with Deployment to
o Define product, technology and processes to be developed
o Define appropriate technologies and processes for in-house manufacturing
o Study SE MOB Industrial policies to ensure alignment and adaptation to LifeSpace AP requirements
o Support Purchasing with selection and evaluation of external electronics PCBA and component suppliers
¡¤ Develop and deploy Electronics strategy to achieve consistent and world class performances
o Define and deploy the most optimized processes and technology for manufacture
o Ensure consistency in processing and testing in each factory
o Work closely with product designers to establish the best design parameters for optimized Design for Manufacture/Assembly (DFM/DFA)
¡¤ Define people competency strategies, and build clear program to improve people competency on Electronics products and processes. Deploy actions to improve knowledge on product/quality/testing standards throughout the factories.
¡¤ Deploy structured and consistent TPM program to improve the Electronics Tester performance. Define standards for the Jigs, Fixture and Testers.
¡¤ Lead and coach each factory on the environmental requirements related to storage, usage, processing and disposal of all electronics components and waste.
Process, Productivity & Quality
¡¤ Identify Productivity Opportunities in the extended value stream.
¡¤ Support quality investigations on defects (In-Process Quality, MDR) and Customer Complaints (PRR).
¡¤ Benchmark and Deploy best practices in process optimization, changeover (SMED); track and challenge changeover method and results

2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience
- BSc in Electronics Engineering.
- 10 years Experience in Electronics Manufacturing and/or Design.
- Background from PCBA manufacturing and/or Electronics Testing
- Experience in high product variation manufacturing environment
3. Languages:
- Fluent in oral and written English.
4. Other Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial spirit, clearly results oriented, Proactive, Initiative and highly technical. Around 50% business traveling is required.
- This position will initially be based in China.
Deployment Project Manager

MISSION
¡¤ In close collaboration with the Deployment Manager, to propose, justify, organize, manage and execute product transfers within IS&C APOD perimeter (factories and suppliers).
¡¤ This position must contribute to the simplification and reinforcement of our industrial operations, and enhance the competitiveness of our business (cost, competence, and efficiency).
REQUIREMENTS
Education
¡¤ Essential: Degree in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial
¡¤ Desirable: Master degree in Industrial management, Electronic or Mechanical engineering
Job Related Experience:
¡¤ Supply chain and/or manufacturing management position, International experience, Production transfer exposure, and Project management.
Business Understanding:
¡¤ Multiculturalism, Manufacturing management, Supplier management, Supply Chain and Manufacturing flows. Product Costing. Quality Engineering, SPS.
Others :
¡¤ Fluent in oral and written English.
¡¤ MS Project, Word & Excel, root cause analysis, six-sigma.
