Mission:
- Administrate PUMA Solution - Deploy PUMA - Implement support organization in Shanghai with Global Purchasing Applications Manager - Ensure data quality and drive needed corrective actions - Animate Key Users network - Drive Change Management & communication - Animate negotiation campaigns for her/his scope ( 2 to 3 commodities) - Manage 2 Business Support Specialists
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Administrate PUMA solution: - Identify bugs through Key Users / End Users animation and work with IT partner to fix them - Identify needs for evolution through Key Users / End Users / Purchasing Effectivness team, define Business Specification, manage RFQ with IT partner, drive develoment & implementation. Delivery must be done On Time, On Quality & On Budget -"Sale" evolutions requested to Purchasing Management through the Governance process - Communicate efficiently on every new change implemented
l Deploy PUMA & Price repository - Facilitate the deployment of PUMA on new commodities - Deploy the Price Repository on all PUMA commodities and implement requested new functionalities as automatic reminder & price implementation follow up
l Implemented Support Organization: - Support Key Users Network - Implement he appropriate support organization for PUMA end users - Support end users for the entities where no Key User is appointed yet - Support Commodity Managment Directors in analysing data from PUMA
l Ensure Data Quality: - Ensure data quality (needs collection, price, epc,¡) - Work with Data Mastering Team Manager on the implementation of this new team and progressively transfer industrialized and formalized data management tasks - Monitor & be accountable for the quality of processes transfered to Data Mastering team - Work with Data Owner to maintain up to date the data management processes
l Drive Change Management & Communication: - Publish Monthly dashboard - Provide training support to Key Users - Manage crisis communication if any
l Budget Management: -Define annual budget for IT partners (Cap Gemini, IPO, others as SAS¡) - Single point of contact for IPO for all re-invoicing actions (ex: user licence charge back,¡)
l Animate negotiation campaigns: -Drive the negotiation process from the consolidation steps (upstream) to the new price implementation steps (downstream) by liasing with all key actors in the commodity and in the entities
l Manage PUMA Data Analyst team -Hierarchical management of 2 Data Analyst in charge of driving negotiation campaigns
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
l Enlarge scope covered: through his actions, the PUMA Solution Manager must contribute to the increase of the negotiation scope through the tool
l Ensure that deliverables required in the various steps of the negotiation are delivered at the level expected (time & quality)
l Improve Data quality: The PUMA Solution Manager must make sure that level of information in the tool corresponds to the requirements (STARS, DUNS, entities¡)
l Maintenance of documentation (user guides, FAQ¡) required as part of the user support & data mastering processes
l IT budget
l People Turnover
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB :
Education
l Graduate level in Engineering or/ and Business Administration
l English level 2,5 mandatory
Experience
l 5 to 10 years professional experience in IT management and/or Purchasing
l Professional in Excel and Access
l Good training, pedagogical and communication skills
l Leadership and result oriented
PUMA Business Support Expert

Mission:
The Business Data Analyst supports Global Purchasing in running global negotiations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Data management: The Business Data Analyst drives the negotiation process from the consolidation steps (upstream) to the new price implementation steps (downstream) by liasing with all key actors in the commodity and in the entities
2.Change management: The Business Data Analyst supports and trains buyers, core team members, and the negotiation team in using the tools supporting the negotiation process
3.Administration: The Business Data Analyst makes sure that all key actiors of the negotiation are announced as users in the supporting tools and manages the tool to keep its integrity
4.Reporting: The Business Data Analyst is in charge of making the relevant analysis to ensure information required for the negotiation is complete and accurate
5.Improvements: The Business Data Analyst has to propose improvements plan to Global Commodity Director to improve negociation efficiency.

Mission:
The Data Analyst Global Tools runs Massive data management actions and is responsible for data quality in the tools
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
l User Management: ¡ì Grant / Remove access to Global Purchasing tools ¡ì Manage users profiles, roles & rights ¡ì Manage the single list of Purchasing community members ¡ì Be the single point of contact for licences re-invoicing actions ¡ì Coordinate cleansing actions in Global tools when an update is necessary due to people turnover (ex: Supplier Leader update in VENUS ¡) ¡ì Is the Authorization Manager for bridge
l VENUS Supplier management: ¡ì Supplier massive creation (new deployment, bridge, cleansing actions¡) ¡ì Supplier Massive Update (Commodity, actors, address¡) ¡ì Relationship
l SPEND & SPM loading in SSRM BW ¡ì Consolidate data from local key users ¡ì Prepare file for loading ¡ì Run consistency checks and data validation with VENUS/SSRM Solution Manager & Business Stake holders ¡ì Manage loading realized by CapGemini
l PUMA/NEGOTIATION PROCESS: ¡ì Manage massive actions in PUMA such as SSL update, date, mapping¡ ¡ì Upload confirmation letter into VENUS
l Variable Metal Price: ¡ì Daily research of latest values on the web ¡ì Upload data in bridge

VENUS Administrator & Support

Mission:
l The Tool Administrator makes sure that the tool is up to date (user, content), supports & train users and key users, and supports deployment actions in accordance with the roadmap defined by his functional manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Administration: the Tool Administrator ensures consistency with Purchasing MasterDatas, manages user (creation/modification) and coordinates Key Users for monthly loading of data (Spend & SPM)
l Reporting: The Tool Administrator is in charge of making the relevant analysis & reports related to the use of the tool and/or of the project's KPIs
l Support: The Tool Administrator support all Key Users requests & End users L2
l Deploy VENUS: The tool Administrator support the Deployment Manager in all aspects of tools deployment ( STARS implementation, supplier creation & validation, relation with Cap Gemini)
