(Why the position exists)
GSC AP Fin support all the factories in Asia Pacific for alignment of costing rules and product cost benchmarking and analysis. Therefore, this position is expected to lead factories to solve costing related issues and to make cost analysis to GSC AP management team. This Role is also involved in the coordination and communication with GSC HQ and Power Asia Pacific HQ with costing related issues.

- In Charge of GSC AP Costing methodology alignment and make regular audit
- To lead and coordinate Asia Pacific factory¡¯s Annual TP & CSC campaign, Validate & Analyze the CSC evolution impact
- To Define, Deploy and Analyze GSC AP Costing reports to monitor cost evolution
- Take the initiatives on costing improvement projects within GSC AP
- Assist GSC AP Costing Controller for adhoc analysis
REQUIREMENTS
Education£ºBachelor Degree of Economic/Finance (Major) of full time university
Job Related Experience: Experience in Costing in manufacturing industry
Others£ºSAP FICO competence is a strong plus. Fluent in English
Skillful with Excel and Powerpoint

Supply timely and accurate financial information and summary reports to Corporate Finance and Management
Prepare monthly management reports with detailed analysis of change
Contribute to the quarterly rolling forecast process
Analyze and document Supply Chain Financial processes, develop and publish standard , Analyze and document changes and updates as they occur

Financial reporting developed and communicated with key analytics provided.
interpret data and draw conclusions, not just compile numbers
Share common finance and supply chain processes and recommend changes in those processes that add value to the organization
REQUIREMENTS
Education£º4 Year Degree or Equivalent ¨C MBA preferred
Job Related Experience: 3-5 years experience either in audit, either in operational or financial function
Business Understanding: manufacturing preferred
Others£ºFluent in English
Strong knowledge of Excel and Essbase ( + SAP and Hyperion)
