SUMMARY OF JOB:
Lead NPD Manufacturing Engineer Team to Design, develop manufacturing process/Working Instructions, and implement in factory for Cooling/Rack/PDU products. Techncial lead team to Support Design team to complete manufacturing documents and realize the implementation for products release.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead Manufacturing engineer team to facilitate and participate in New Products development and manufacturing of Cooling, Rack and PDU products.
- Techncial lead Manufacturing engineers to perform DFM/A review, manufacturing process define, MEI genarating, and techncial docuements preparation per COMPANY PMP dB requirements.
- Lead manufacturing engineer team to involve Engineering sample build, factory build process review
- Technical guide team to provide professional techncial support for resolving factory build and assembly issue, including assembly fixture/tools preparation
- Lead manufacturing engineers to conduct Pilot build and relative closure documents.
- Provide guidance and training to manufacturing engineer team.
- Support manufacturing factory to optimize production process by Lean concept
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Supporting Engineering team for Engineering samples test.
- Troubleshooting assembly equipment/fixture failures. Performs diagnosis of assembly errors, wiring errors and other problems related to assembly construction.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION 每 MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
﹞ Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE 每 MINIMUM REQUIRED:
﹞ 5+ years relative manufacturing engineering experience
﹞ 2+ years working experience in people management position.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 每 REQUIRED:
- Good people management skills
- Good communication skills.
- Experience in Product Development process/transfer/Start-Ups in manufacturing environment
- Familiar with factory manufacturing/assembly process, Experience in Sheet metal process, and PCBA build process
- Experience in Mechnial design by using CAD tools
- Experience utilizing 6 Sigma & Lean principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Mangement Skills

Test Engineering Leader

SUMMARY OF JOB:
Lead Test Engineer Team to Design, develop and implement factory automated test equipment for production of new Cooling/rPDU/mPDU products. Techncial lead team to Translate product test specifications into factory test equipment and automated software test scripts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage Test team resource, techncial guide team members to support test development works on Cooling Test system and PDU test system
- Lead team to Design /develop and debug test systems hardware and software
- Lead Test engineer team techncial direction aline with COMPANY Global test development direction. Integrate new test technologies into existing test fixture design and modify existing test hardware to support new products
- Techncial review/approval test engineering documentation to ensure accuracy. Complete and update all fixture release procedures, including documentation, checklist, specifications.
- Perform DFT review in design stage. Assist design engineers in the development of hardware and software to meet detailed test specifications and works with design engineering to correct design related problems
- Work with design engineering and manufacturing engineers to modify program, make changes in design to optimize existing production equipment and increase throughput.
- Install /commission test system fixtures with factory test engineering team.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Management/maintain test equipments assets, sustain the test capacity aline with NPD projects roadmap
- Troubleshooting test equipment failures. Performs diagnosis of assembly errors, wiring errors and other problems related to test fixture construction.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION 每 MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
﹞ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE 每 MINIMUM REQUIRED:
﹞ 5+ years working experience on designing and developing Automatic test systems for electro/mechanical product manufacturer, or equivalent experience
﹞ 2+ years working experience in staff management position.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 每 REQUIRED:

- Experience in Automated Product test system development.
- Experience in programming automatic test equipment (ATE), by using VB,VC, Labview..
- Ability to read and understand electronic / electrical schematics.

Lead an engineering team of 30+ people to develop and support Rack & Power Distribution Products for IT Industry. Oversee program managers, support staff as required to deliver new product and maintain customer satisfaction. Manage the design facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Description of Essential Functions
﹞ Lead the overall design team for Rack & PDU in support of Product Roadmap*s to meet Customer Requirements.
﹞ Motivate and direct the activities of engineering team, overseeing the proper implementation of quality design processes.
