RESPONSIBILITIES
· Participate in projects as resource of electrical design, perform optimized design based on requirement specification, and secure design performance, time and cost.
· Take design responsibility of all assigned Power Products.
· Take design responsibility for assigned projects, New Product Assignments, Product Changes and Maintenance.
· Execute Initial Assessment, Pre-study in projects.
· Take design responsibility for LTB component handling, 2nd source component qualification, Trouble Report handling and support cost down target.
· Handle all technical issues, Failure Analysis and give technical support to Production, Product Management and Market departments.
· Specify, verify and document new designs in accordance with Hardware Design Process.
· Contribute with creativity and innovation to Product Innovation target.
QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor degree or above in Electronics with experience in R&D area.
· At least 2 years working experience in technical background on Electrical Design. Experience on DC/DC Converters design is preferred.
· Basic knowledge in Digital Control and Filter Theory.
· Understand the Technical Specification and configuration capabilities of digital PWM ICs.
· Competence in using CMM tools or similar tools to create and verify Configuration files for digital DC/DC converters.
· Experience in 6 Sigma improvement work is a plus.
· Experience in high volume and production processes.
· Skilled in using Cadence, Mentor.
· Independent and work with initiative.
· Creative and good teamwork.
· Fluent in English speaking and writing.
Supply Communication Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
· To further enhance the communication with Regional Market, Customers and company.
· To share the vital supply and customer information and to be able to get better understanding of company supply and regional demand situation
· To set up early warning principles between Regions, ESSs, EMSs and other Company supply.
· To follow up the escalation, global allocation and execution region per region
· To set up and follow up KPIs
QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor Degree or above, major in logistic or related
· At least 2 years relevant working experience

Verification Engineer

Description
• Conduct safety approval related tasks within Power module projects or maintenance
• Complete powermodule verification and reliability tasks within projects and maintenance on time
• Maintain the lab equipments to ensure have enough equipments for daily verification assignments, and all equipments in healthy status.
• Make Material declaration and database maintenance
• Continuously improve the verification process to align with the customer's needs and design quality requirement
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Power Electronics or related
- Experience in performing power related tests and operations by using all related electronic equipments ( Power supply, all kinds of loads, soldering iron, Oscilloscope, Oven, etc) without any problem will be preferred
- Familiar with Electronics safety approval process, Safety testing capability will be a Plus.
- Good communication and cooperation skill.

- Register customers' orders.

- Make sure sourcing activities is implemented in the project to ensure project on time.

Qualifications
