Android Validation Engineer

Job Requirements:
Minimum educational requirements - BS+4 yrs, exp. in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
Must have skills:
C/C++ and/or Java and/or Python
Test Automation skills and solid scripting skills, Linux Shell.
Understanding of the software product life cycle and validation methodologies
Experience using manual and automated test tools
Basic understanding about Android OS
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
Nice to have skills:
Experience working with Android (and CTS test suite)
Experience with smart phones software validation highly desirable
Familiarity with Linux flavor OS installation, system processes, FTP, DNS, system administration at a user level, TCP/IP network management at a user level
Basic working knowledge of WiFi, WiMAX, 2G/3G, Bluetooth, GPS and other related communication standards.
Development of white box test harnesses
Experience with white box, and/or black box testing
Windows Driver Developer

Job Requirements:
You should possess a Bachelor of Science and/or a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science or related field. Additional qualifications include:
- Expertise with programming in C and/or C++
- More than three years of device driver development experience under Windows*
- Familiarity with Windows* device driver whole development process including debugging, testing and certification
- Good understanding of Company IA-32 architecture and Windows* OS
- Working independently as well as in a team setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong sense on team work, quality and discipline
- Knowledge of NAND, eMMC, MMC and SD device and related specifications would be an added advantage |
