Description
To ensure ENC/RD projects complete on time with the planned quality and to spend the majority of your time mentoring project managers responsible for key projects at ENC/RD. While using established PDU WCDMA processes you must also work to adapt the processes to the culture at ENC, and make the processes more efficient. To assist the manager of the project management office in daily operational issues and secure competent project managers.To adapt, guide, implement PDU WCDMA processes, tools and methods (PM&T), including the iPROPS R&D project methodology.
Qualifications
- Understand GO model and have interaction with product council for product features.
- Understand current PDU WCDMA product maintenance and development project organization.
- Understand R&D project forums: project meeting, planning meeting, DPM, CCB/Akuten.
- Understand R&D stakeholder matrix, and assist ENC R&D project managers in interfacing with their stakholders.
- Fully understand PDU WCDMA PM&T: Replir, EBW, EPP, TG checklist, DS/PR checklist, MBSE, CDM,
- Understand assignment flow and cost follow up
- Understand the definition of R&D Metrics: Q-RANK, TR turnaround time, IP hours.
- Understand the interfaces towards ISIT & BETE.
- Have technical knowledge on PDU WCDMA products.
- Well versed in MS Office and Project management software e.g. MS Project is a must.
- Proficient in Project Management skills (Better to have PMP certification).

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills and be able to interact with people at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, presenting skills and can hold/attend multiple sites meetings.
- Strong leadership skill as to lead and motivate a group of project implementation resource personnel.

Business Competence
- Sound understanding of Company's vision, business objectives, products and services.
- Understand the processes within project implementation.
- Strong financial knowledge in particular project budgeting.
- Must be customer oriented with strong focus to meet and exceed customer satisfaction
