Description
-Managing a AXE Design unit (~20 employees) and its operations
-Implement strategies and targets
-Resources and competence management
-Recruitment
-Ensure the effective implementation of people management activities, such as salary review, Individual Performance Management (IPM), career development and competence development; Act as coach/mentor
-Initiate and perform Management Planning
-Coach teams and individual to secure deliveries to R&D Projects
-Secure effective processes are in place to support R&D Projects.
-Initiate and drive for continuous improvement
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above, in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or similar.
-Proven leadership skills, especially in change management and competence buildup
-Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, especially in intercultural environment
-More than 1 year R&D line management experience, with Design, Test, or System background.
-Good command of English in written and spoken form
-Good knowledge of R&D processes and operations, and R&D Project Management experience is an advantage
-Ability to handle suppliers (tools, consultants)
-Ability to take leadership outside of own unit to support opportunities for Company
