Company Power Modules, part of the Company group, with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, is a company with global operations in board mounted power products for distributed power architectures.
 
The company designs, manufactures and markets products with focus on the communications industry for advanced applications such as radio base stations and switches/routers.
 
However, the products are not used exclusively in communications applications.
The levels of technology, ruggedness and reliability of  Company Power Modules products means that they often provide excellent solutions for other demanding applications in medical, avionics, computing, military, space and industrial market sectors.
  

Overall purpose of the job
To manage Key Accounts/Global Accounts and Distributors.
 

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for development of new Company Power Modules customers in the APAC Region
  • Management and expansion of existing relationships with assigned Key Accounts/Global accounts.
  • Growth of existing customers into potential Key Accounts and development of strategies to secure strategic relationships.
  • Development of technical solutions and commercial strategies based on analysis of customer business needs and application requirements.
  • Management of Indirect Sales Channels (Distributors) per guidelines and directives.
  • Development of comprehensive short and long-term sales forecasts.
  • Development of annual Key Account Plans and Global account plans together sales in other regions. Cross-functional interaction with R&D and Field Application Engineering in resolution of customer technical issues related to EPM products.

Job Requirements
  • BA in Business related field with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of DC/DC Board Mounted Power products and associated customer applications.
  • Extensive experience in customer relationship management.
  • Ability to understand the customers business and application requirements and to convert those into viable solutions.
  • Ability to develop customer-specific strategies in support of global strategies.
  • Extensive experience in the development of sales forecasts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with a broad range of customers across a broad range of cultures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English. Speaking german is an advantage
