Responsibilities
¡¤ Building up the team
- In charge of competence development according to ON product portfolio
- In charge of engineer's career path
- In charge of enforcement of NDO ON design process and quality improvements
¡¤ Achieve the SW work within project
- Make development plan, resource allocation and project commitment
- Support the effort estimation
- Track the development activities, including attending the project meeting, project assessment, etc.
- Solve the problem during project execution phase
- Cooperate with peer teams
- Quick response to project changes and needs
Qualifications
¡́ ME in CE/CS or similar field, more than 7 years work experience in telecom product area
¡́ At least one 2 years people management experience, leading a team with more than 10 people.
¡́ Strong willing to achieve
¡́ Strong commitment and risk taking attitude
¡́ Excellent experience to overcome the difficulties.
¡́ Excellent cooperation with internal and external partners
¡́ Strong technique background in datacom product is a plus
¡́ Strong problem solving and software development/troubleshooting skill is a plus
¡́ One of the strong background below is a plus:
o Hands on experience on switch/router embedded system software architecture
o Hands on experience on IP routing (any routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP)
o Hands on experience on ASIC driver, Network Processor microcode and packet forwarding
¡́ Wide contact network within the Company Group
¡¤ Excellent communication skills and social ability
¡́ Proven skills in managing multiple projects
¡́ Proven skills in working with large scale project management
¡¤ Long and proven leadership skills
¡¤ Fluent in English speaking and writing
