Director of Engineering

We are looking for an experienced engineering director who can manage multiple cross-function teams working on multiple projects. You will be working in a fast expanding development center of a leading unified communications company, and have the opportunity of influencing its growth and engineering direction.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee multiple engineering projects
2. Build and enforce engineering processes
3. Facilitate innovations and technical growth of the engineering organization
4. Coach and mentor first line managers
5. Enhance the communication and corporation with other development centers of the company
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills
Excellent English skills, especially oral English communication
10+ year engineering experience in IT industry
4+ year experience of managing engineering teams
Experience of managing multiple projects in full product cycle from product definition to design, implementation, testing, release, and sustaining
Experience of working with international teams
Good experience of recruiting, coaching and mentoring team members
Master Degree in Computer science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
