Job Description:
· Responsible for WCDMA/HSPA physical layer software development and maintenance
· Make the analysis of product requirements and related 3GPP wireless telecommunication protocol standard
· Develop and implement software according to the design specification
· Participate in functional reviews, test specifications and code review
· Communicate with interfaced peer partner/cooperator to fulfill the assigned project target
· Support software integration test and system test, and contribute to the system trouble shooting
· Participate in product enhancement and maintenance
Job Qualification:
· Master's degree (at least 3 years experience) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication or related field
· Knowledge of software development process, software quality assurance, and project management
· Strong understanding of C programming language and design pattern. Has the actual experience using C in middle or big level software project.
· Familiar with wireless telecommunication system and the related knowledge (WCDMA or TD-SCDMA), have the actual experience on the same or similar telecommunication physical layer development.
· Familiar with 25.x series of 3GPP Specification.
· Knowledge of SW/HW infrastructure and embedded system, such as chipset, operating system, development toolkit and debug method
· Good English written and oral communication skills
· Self-motivated, good communication and good teamwork.

职位要求：
· 至少3年工作经验的计算机、电子工程、无线通信或相关领域的研究生
· 熟悉软件开发的流程、软件质量保障以及项目管理
· 深刻理解C语言，具有在中、大型软件项目中的C语言开发经验
· 熟悉WCDMA或TD-SCDMA无线通信系统及相应的理论知识，具有开发相同或类似无线通信系统物理层的经验
· 熟悉3GPP中的25系列的通信协议
· 熟悉嵌入式系统的底层软硬件架构，如芯片组、操作系统、嵌入式开发工具和调试方法
· 良好的英语读写以及听说能力
· 自我激励，具有良好的协同合作能力
