Responsibilities:
· Design plastic and sheet metal parts for Audio & Video products.
· Technical support for Production.
· Component sourcing and Evaluation.
· Coordinate activities between Factories and customers on product development.
· Work with Electrical team on product design.
· Work closely with design firm(s) on new Industrial design concepts and methods of implementation that will lead to cost effective, reliable and aesthetically pleasing products.

Qualifications:
· Minimum B.S in Mechanical Engineering.
· Minimum 3 years experience in Telecom product or consumer electronics design (e.g. router/phones)
· Minimum 2 years experience in Product support.
· Minimum 3 years experience with Mechanical CAD Software (preferably Pro-Engineer).
· Experience in Tooling Design an advantage.
· Hands-On knowledge of Mechanical design (injection molded parts, sheet metal, elastomeric, and packaging) an advantage.
· Proficiency in English.
Senior Hardware Development Engineer

Responsibilities:
· Take a leadership role in the architecture, specification, design, development and quality assurance of video conferencing products.
· Driving technical decisions required for a project.
· Taking a product through some or all stages of product development.
· Debugging complex issues and managing solutions
· Working on manufacturing related technical issues and providing support.
Qualifications:
· High speed logic and FPGA design
· High speed digital board design
· Design experience with complex CPU's and ASIC's
· Design experience with high quality analog circuit;

PCB Layout Engineer

Responsibilities:
A very experienced PCB layout designer to work with a small design team of engineers in the design and creation of challenging digital, A/V analog, and mixed technology printed circuit boards. Responsibilities include all aspects of PCB layout from board concept to production and involve very fine pitch and small surface mount components.
Qualifications:
· Minimum B.S in Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 5 years experience as a PCB Layout Engineer.
· Experience using Cadence Allegro for layout is a must. Experience using auto-router functions a plus.
· Experience and understanding in using DFM and DFT principles and audits to produce very high quality products
· Electrical knowledge and experience with the PCB materials, board-outline creation, stack-up strategies, effective design rules, performance-based routing rules, etc.
· Knowledge of timing constraints, reflection and cross talk as well as their relationship to rules in Constraint Manager is required.
· Experience routing high speed signals (signal ended and differential) and placing termination resistors required.
· Experience routing multiple large ASIC’s on high layer count (16+) boards.
· Experience with analog layout such as ADC, DACS, DC converters and video preferred.
· Be able to accurately predict layout schedules and hit all committed dates.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
· Design/Develop/Support proprietary audio/video captures drivers and other necessary software components for the high definition video conferencing device in the Windows environment.
· Involve in all phases of development and support from requirement, design, coding, unit testing, benchmarking and support
