Test environment engineer for CS core & radio support

Description
In this position, the engineer will be responsible for CS core & radio support, including configuration/integration/trouble-shooting the following nodes.
MSC (AXE and S-BC), MGW, RNC, Node-B, BSC, RBS etc (not necessary to cover all nodes)
The responsibility will include but not be limited to following fields.
- Configuration/integration/trouble-shooting CS core & radio nodes
- Handle RT tickets actively and seek for positive feedback from customers
- Propose new ideas/suggestion for TE improvements
- Initiatives/actions to improve customer satisfaction

Experience/knowledge within the following areas is required:
- Preferably a Master of Science / Bachelor degree or equivalent in any of the following:
-Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering
- Good knowledge in CS core network (MSC, MGW)
- Good knowledge in CS radio network (RNC, Node-B, BSC, RBS)
- Good knowledge in GSM/WCDMA system architecture
Experience/knowledge within the following areas is considered as a plus:
- More than two years experience in Company CS products like MSC/HLR, MGW, RNC etc
- Good knowledge in MSC server blade cluster
