MISSION
Project Management
1. To develop new product project scope reports in conjunction with the project team.
2. Manage projects using best practice OCP systems including risk management and the stage and gate process.
3. Set up and lead project teams.
4. Monitor and report project progress against schedule.
5. Deliver new products according to business case specifications and with the required deliverables
DIMENSIONS
This role encompasses the management of Projects in the portfolio for new product development and QVE as required to support the APOD ISC Business Unit.
New Product Projects are always initiated by Marketing, whereas QVE projects will be initiated by the APOD ISC BU Factories. Projects managed will include resources not only within the Shenzhen R&D Center, or APOD ISC BU Factories, but may also pull in resources from outside.

In Addition to this the candidate will have demonstrated experience in project management previously with -Project management experience in new product development min. 3 years or equivalent and functional experience in Manufacturing/Quality/Supply Chain & Logistics/Design/Engineering min.3 years
2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience
Degree Level in Engineering/Manufacturing management or Equivalent
3. Languages:
Good Command in both written and spoken English (Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage)
4. Other Requirements:
-Personality Traits; Extroverted, decisive, good analyst, passionate on work.
-Outstanding Interpersonal skill in handling people and communication issues
