Description
We are seeking an exceptional full-time development lead to join our growing team in Company Beijing. The ideal candidate must have a combination of technical caliber and proven leadership skills. You will lead and guide a team up to ten engineers. You must have the spirit and energy to motivate and drive the team. The right candidate must be hands on and can design highly scalable software architecture and design and deliver high quality code. You will take full ownership of a Company product. Responsibilities
· Lead and coach an engineering team with commitment and passion
· Fully understand the requirements from customers and product managers
· Responsible for architecture designs and final code delivery
· Create innovative solutions for complex multi-media applications
· Problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project
Qualifications
· Master’s degree in computer science
· 6+ years development experience with 3+ years as team leads
· C/C++ programming under Linux environment is a must
· Java programming is a must
· In-depth knowledge on TCP/IP and networking
· Prior experience in delivering complex networking applications is a plus
· Versatile and flexible in development discipline
· Experienced in full cycle of software development
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
· Driven, creative and result oriented.
