Project Lead

Responsibilities:
· You will lead a development team to develop and deliver Company video conferencing products.
· You will provide technical guidance to your team and do hands on programming.
· You will work proactively with QA, program management, and product management teams to meet product quality, performance and delivery goals.
Requirements:
1. Master degree, or higher, in computer science or related engineering field
2. Have minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
3. 3+ years of experience in embedded software development
4. Technical background required
· Strong C/C++ programming skills
· Linux development experience
· Audio/Video/Image processing experience
· Any 3 of the followings
· knowledge in TCP/IP or other network protocols
· knowledge with SIP or H.323 protocols
· Knowledge in GUI and Web development
· Good Java programming skill
5. Must be self motivated, flexible, and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
6. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a global cross-functional team member.
7. Good communication in both English and Mandarin, written and oral.
