Responsibilities
The Emergency Response Team (ERT) and/or Safety Supervisor provides ERT and Medical Response Team (MRT) direction, and support to Dalian Fab Sort Manufacturing. In this position, you will be responsible for directly managing 20 dedicated ERT members across four shifts. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Performing a set of diversified technical and managerial duties including safety communications, reinforcing Living in an Injury-Free Environment, and working closely with factory managers on incident prevention and investigation.
- Ensuring ERT systems are intact through auditing and provides a report of findings and/or recommendations for improvement
- Preparing and updating rules, standards, programs, policies, and procedures to promote the prevention of hazards to employees
- Assisting management in educating employees on practices, precautions, and procedures
- Interpreting and recommending actions to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and company guidelines
- Maintaining customer relations with Manufacturing, Site Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and other F68 customers as appropriate
Qualifications
You should possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree with one year of directly managing safety incident events. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong English verbal/written communications skills along with demonstrated organizational and leadership skills working in a highly matrix environment
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and outgoing team leader with strong motivational skills 
- Ability to thrive in team environment with very close aligned peer roles and responsibilities
- Ability to influence the Factory Management Team and Support Organizations, including outside agencies
- Working knowledge of the Emergency Response and  Incident and Command Structure
- Competent in Microsoft* Office Suite* (Outlook*, Word*, Excel*, and PowerPoint*)
- Experience at seven step problem solving
The following qualifications would be added advantages:
- Ability to deliver very detailed information to audience with wide range of experience knowledge
-Prior experience managing people
- Prior leadership roles within the last five years and knowledge of OSHA regulations
