Purpose of The Job 职位目的
Under direction of top management, Finance and HR departments, the incumbent is to ensure all the facility including conveyor line running smoothly to meet production’s requirements, EHS compliance to the company, cost control for facility expense, and provide clean, comfortable and safe working environment to all employees.
Regular Responsibilities主要职责
1. Be a team leader for new facilities including conveyor lines and upgrading projects
2. Be a team member for NPT/NPD project implementation
3. Be an owner to keep timeline, cost and quality within requirements for facility works
4. Identify staff training requirements and facilitate training plan to meet needs.
5. Plan for facility spare parts inventory to meet requirements of emergency cover and of cost control
6. Implement and ensure ongoing compliance of preventative maintenance program
7. Be an owner to keep EHS compliance at the company premise
8. Manage Security Company, cleaning company, shuttle bus vendor and canteen vendor for company so as to maintain and provide a clean, comfortable and safe working environment to all employees.
9. Bachelor degree engineering with the major of electric, mechanics of University
Other Requirements:
3-5 years as relevant experience in multinational companies
1 year as administration management experience in multinational companies

Purpose of The Job 职位目的
Develop and evaluate new processes and improve current process capability, efficiency, safety, and overall productivity in all areas of manufacturing on new and existing products.
Regular Responsibilities 主要职责
- Develops innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing production problems through identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes including conducting process analysis, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, conferring with suppliers, and soliciting observations from the operators/production technicians.
- Refines and enhances processes by applying continuous improvement and key Lean manufacturing / production principles and techniques to areas of production. Recommends product changes / improvements to Product Engineers.
- Setup labor time. Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout. Coordinates input that may cross multiple teams or areas; makes recommendations, and implements changes.
- Assures product and process quality by designing process capabilities, and establishing standards to confirm and validate manufacturing process requirements. Determines root cause of failure using statistical methods (e.g. design of experiment, SPC) that may result in changes in design, tolerances or processing methods.
- Evaluates capital equipment investments and prepare cost justifications. Designs and prepares concept drawings of new layout or modifications to existing layout (include material provide and handling method). Manages the overall implementations of line setup projects.
- Develops tooling and fixtures for new products and processes and works with tooling vendors to supply such designs.
- Identifies and implements solutions for issues relating to safety, quality, productivity, and cost reductions.
- Prepares documentation for new manufacturing processes and engineering procedures and working instruction. Prepares reports of summarizing analyzed process information and trends.
- Shares specialized knowledge with others. Represents Company on specific projects, leads and participates on project teams.
- Provide training and coaching to line leader on manufacturing process and procedures.
- Keep abreast with the latest manufacturing technology.
- Other tasks as required.
Other Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Mandarin and English.
- Good math skills and familiarity with personal computer and experience with CAD software required for creating process layout, designing tools, fixtures and gauges.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes preferred.
- Good Resource Planning & Project Management skills
- Familiarity and commitment to concurrent engineering, ISO 9000, total quality management, and manufacturing operations
- 4-6 years of relative experience with multinational companies in China
- Bachelor degree of engineering or technology (major) of University
Labview Developer (UPS)

Purpose of The Job 职位目的
The Labview Test Engineer is responsible for developing Labview test programs and also all testers and fixtures related to the testers.
Regular Responsibilities 主要职责
Work with design departments during product design or redesign providing feedback related to functional testing
Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities on specifics of test specification and manufacturing equipment
Design and development of ATE hardware and software for use in lean manufacturing environment
Integrate and debug the test program and fixture into manufacturing environment
Other Requirements:
1. Knowledge of graphical, Lab Windows and C/C++ programming experience.
2. Experience in a company with globally distributed manufacturing and design facilities
3. Cp/Cpk analysis to validate the design
4. Test fixture development/rework/maintenance experience
5. Test development experience for high complexity electronics - DSP based PCBs
6. Experience developing for vectorless test techniques - Framescan, deltascan etc
7. BSEE or equivalent
Product Engineer (UPS)

Purpose of The Job 职位目的
To drive the DPU of the product and to solve problems related to product design and material on production line for the purpose of process & quality improvement and provide the proposal to Company products design.
Regular Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Monitor product quality through failure analysis report and process capability improvement and be the main driver for DPU improvement。
2. Coordinate the new products introduction activities and prepare documents for products release requirement.
3. Provide proposal for products design improvement through daily analysis for products failure.
4. Provide product function & theory training while new products introduction.
5. Cooperate with production to guide the repair techanicians.
6. Work with quality team for leading the improvement in the factory side to related issue.
7. Follow up CA process, issue the related ECO and complete the related NCN etc.
8. Provide the product technology support for Company-sales office and monitor the failure data from the field; and provide the DCA report for critical cases.

- High level of problem solving capacity is required
- Self starter and good work ethics
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must

Test Engineer (UPS)

Purpose of The Job 职位目的
- Test Engineer supports production on test software and hardware issues, test equipment preventive maintenance and calibration to achieve highest efficiency.
- Test Engineer works with cross functional teams to jointly perform product failure analysis for yield improvement.
Regular Responsibilities 主要职责
1. Provide technical support to Test Technicians to achieve lowest down time of test equipment in the production lines
2. Participate in product failure analysis through conducting experiments to isolate failure issues
3. Coordinate with external organizations to set up and debug test hardware and software to support new products
4. Implement test equipment preventive maintenance and calibration program in colaboration with production
5. Lead technicians and operators to participate in countinuous improvement program
Other Requirements:
- Knowledgeable at one of the computer language, such as NI LabView, CVI, VB or VC….
- Strong Problem solving skill.
- Hardware and software experience utilizing IEEE and PC-based data acquisition equipment, and Run Bus communication is preferred. Such as RS485, IEEE488, DAQ…
- Excellent English written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to design Electronic/Electrical circuitry is preferred
- Understood & obey the requirement of EHS (Environment, health, safety)
- 3 years experience in in-circuit test (ICT) and functional test
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation & Controls
