Lead DVT team to qualify prototypes, detect possible problem and check their resolution, ensure the quality of new products; Competence build up like define and update the parts and product qualification plan and method,. Manage team

 

1.      Drive the entire product and parts qualification program needed at each step of new project management process

2.      Define and drive the qualification plan of new development project in different project phase

3.      Instruct, direct , assign for and supervision DVT engineers

4.      Provide qualified resource(HR and Means) to  qualify of prototypes to reach project objectives in terms of quality and time

 

·        8 years or 8+ working Experience in electrical or electronics product design verification test

·        3 years or 3+ people supervision experience
