Company Control Systems is one of the 14 business units in Company Wind Systems A/S. We are responsible for the development and production of electronics and control systems for Company’ wind turbines all over the world.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PE engineer for the Production Engineering department in China. The role of the department in Company Control Systems is to provide highly qualified engineering for sourcing activities and projects in China. Due to increased activities and greater demands we are looking for a PE engineer that can contribute to our team with additional resources, competences and work experiences.

 

 

You will be part of the Production Engineering department in China and join a team with highly dedicated and competent colleagues. Your primary tasks will be to:

 

·          Provide technical support in the identification of new suppliers.

·          Make technical analysis of risk and impact.

·          Ensure that all relevant technical specification for sourced items is available for sourcing team.

·          Prepare, plan, execute and document testing of new sourced items according to specifications.

·          Approve technical specification & drawings presented by the supplier.

·          Engineering support throughout the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).

·          Prepare, plan, execute and document production implementation ability for new items.

·          Ensure that all technical documentation for the production are created, verified and reviewed throughout the projects.

·          Ensure a professional interface between technology and sourcing – all technical issues.

·          Distribute technical knowledge to the organization e.g. by holding training workshop. Ensure news knowledge through continuously self development and education.

·          Ensuring correct and updated production documentation linked to projects in China.

 

 

·          University degree in production, mechanical or electrical engineering

·          > Five years experience from a multi-national company

·          Familiar with project oriented work and understanding the importance of project plans and deadlines 

·          Experience with tools for creating 3D Work Instructions.

·          Proficient in the following software:

§          Infor XA or other ERP software

§          SAP DMS

§          Engineering Change Management systems

§          Microsoft office

·          Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English

·          Good knowledge in one or more of following tools is a plus

§          AVIX, QDA, MS-project, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
