RESPONSIBILITIES

Determine/optimize process flow/ workflow for SMT.

Drive continuous improvement for DPPM, OEE, etc.

Production support for problems solving and analysis.

New Product/process Introduction/Industrialization.

Define/implement process control system/tools.

Document the process with regard to instructions and follow-up

Train technicians and operators

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Bachelor degree or above,  preferable major in mechanical or electrical engineering

At least 3 years working experience in SMT and familiar with Electronics Manufacturing process

Knowledge of SPC, 6 sigma are required

Experience with SIPLACE machine/software/program is a plus.

Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.

Fluent in English speaking and writing.
