Job description
A vacancy exists for a Mulitmedeidia and Systems Integration Customer Project Manager (CPM). The overall responsibility for the Customer Project Manager is to deliver a result according to the approved Project Specification towards the Customer. The successful candidate shall have previous experience in Systems Integration Project and have a proven track record in managing project teams, key internal and external stakeholder. The main project guideline is Company Customer Project Model ¨C PROPS-C and the main activities, methods & tools are outlined in the PROPS-C knowledge areas:
• Project Integration Management; develops and executes project plans and controls overall changes.
• Project Scope Management; initiates, plans, defines, verifies and controls change of scope.
• Project Communications Management; plans communication, distributes information and reports performance.
• Project Time Management; defines activities, sequences and estimates duration. Develops and controls schedules.
• Project Cost Management; plans resources, estimates, budgets and controls costs.
• Project Quality Management; plans, assures and controls quality.
• Project Human Resource Management; responsible for organizational planning, staff acquisition and team development.
• Project Risk Management; identifies, quantifies and develops action plans to minimize impacts.
• Project Procurement Management; plans, selects, sources and administers assignments and contracts.
Competence
• A Bachelor Degree, preferably in telecommunications or IS/IT, science, engineering or a business discipline, or the number of proven years experience could replace this requirement.
• Being certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) would be an additional benefit.
• Long Experience with a Project Management methodology.
• Good understanding and experience of IS/IT and Systems Integration type of projects is a must.
• Excellent program and project management skills and a minimum of 5 years experience as project manager or similar experience.
• Excellent Leader and Communication skills, as well as knowledge of financial terms and strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Practical problem solving skills, personal drive and ability to motivate team members.
• Fluent spoken and written in English.
• Cultural awareness, and experience of a Multination Company is a preferred"
