Role: Product and solution portfolio management as well as technical sales support on Multimedia solutions and system integration
Main Responsibility
To drive solution marketing and sales promotion activities for Multimedia solutions in greater China including HongKong, Macao and Taiwan.
To create and deliver customer presentations, value argumentation as well as success stories on Multimedia solutions
To provide technical sales support (include but not limited to: technical proposal, solution presentation, solution dimensioning etc.) to local account, assisting sales to be successful in their endeavors.
To liaise and co-ordinate with other Company units (including product unit and other organization in overseas) on technical support issues toward the customer and keep the product unit and local adaptation and solution packaging unit informed on customer's needs and activities.
Qualification and key competence
University master degree or equivalent and above, a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of telecommunications or related areas;
Well understanding about local telecom operator business situation and market trend, experience in product/solution/network design in telecom industry.
Deep understanding about telecom operator service network structure as well as service management flow, including WAP, LBS, Streaming, IPTV, Mobile TV, IMS Applications, NGN RBT, all data service in operator network;
Well understanding about OMA, SOA related technology as well as operator DSMP/MISC, BOSS/Billing system structure;
Good experience on software development in C/C++, software development tool etc.
Good knowledge about IP networking, IPv6, network security, HA configuration design.
Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese as well as presentation skill.
Good at producing and delivering presentations and business analysis report.
Solution Architect experience is plus, capability to be a spokesman is preferred.
Competent in planning and organizing;
Able to be a team member and add values, self-motivated and customer oriented;
Good understanding on business model between operator and service providers.
