Overview
Manages manual and automation QA teams. Ensures that the company¡¯s products meeting total quality management standards and other reliability standards. Reaches and implements new or improved testing methods, processes, tools, and system to optimize QA resources
Duties:
¡¤ Manages and perform testing and leadership tasks on all cross-product project
¡¤ Assists project team with approach and provide work leadership to QA teams
¡¤ Establish and maintain high standard QA process and best practices
¡¤ Direct QA roadmap for automation solution
¡¤ Keep peer or higher level management informed of schedule, priority and problems
¡¤ Resource allocation including budget and personnel
¡¤ Manages personnel activity of staff i.e., hires, trains, motivates, disciplines
Qualifications
¡¤ Master degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunication or equivalent
¡¤ 5+ years QA working experiences, at least 2 years management practice
¡¤ Proven track record for high quality product delivery
¡¤ Excellent project management skill, PMP is a plus
¡¤ Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
¡¤ High knowledge of development process on data networking products
¡¤ Successful case for automation framework design and deployment in cost effectives
¡¤ Can-do attitude and result oriented
