Responsibilities:

- Drive the continuous performance improvement in supply chain management to be the Best in Class

- Responsible for in bound and out bound logistic management in terms of planning, purchasing, inventory management and order management and delivery etc.

- Set the Operational KPIs and follow up to fulfill company supply strategy

- Plan, review and control unit resources, forecast and expenditure

- Develop the competences to build a highly motivated and performing team

- Establish and maintain networks internally and externally for accomplish the tasks

 

Requirements:

- University degree or above in supply chain management, logistic or equivalent

- Strong leadership and drive capability

- Extensive working experience in a multi national company handling global supply chains

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Strong problem solving capability and result driving

- Independent, self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind

- Fluent English (both in verbal and written)
