Position Summary
The position holder is a member of APAC HR team. Work with the HR team to assist in recruitment, administrative and project related tasks.
Recruitment
Familiar with the job requirement and prepare job posting;
Communicate effectively with line manager, external recruitment vendors and candidates in recruitment activities;
Screen the CVs and deliver interviews of the candidates;
Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement with line manager and HR manager, collecting interview feedbacks
Based on the feedback of HR manager, deliver the offer discussion with the selected candidates
Candidate reference check
Maintain and update all related recruitment data like CVs and JD in shared drive /recruiting system
Recruitment status reporting
Employee interface & communications
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
Employee Data maintenance and updating in PeopleSoft
Administration for Employee enrollment and leave
Support induction and New Employee Orientation
Information analysis upon request
Maintain and update all related information and documents in shared drive.
Requirements
Education
BS Degree or above
Experience
Must have 3+ year HR operation experience, with 1 years recruitment experience in MNC is a plus
