Software Infrastructure Engineer

Position Description:
Establish and maintain infrastructure facilities with the objective to provide a stable, safe, and advanced working environment to enhance the efficiency and productivity of software delivery.
Work closely with development team in database design and administration.
Work closely with development team and testing team in product integration and release.
Develop and maintain a number of supporting and service tools.
Position Requirements:
Deep understanding of enterprise-scale database development and database administration (Mysql, Oracle) including database modeling and database performance tuning.
Deep understanding of software integration and release process.
Extensive knowledge of the Linux/Unix environment, solid shell scripting experience.
Be familiar with configuration management and change management tools (ClearCase, ClearQuest).
At least 3 years working experience.
Knowledge of J2SE/J2EE development.

Design, code and debug application in various develop environments.
Support, maintain and document software functionality.
Integrate software with existing systems.
Position Requirements:
At least 3 years .NET, C# programming experience, system design experience is a plus.
Proficient in .Net 3.0+ related techniques (WPF, WCF etc.) are an advantage.
Rich UI design experience.
Deep understanding of software design priciples and effective development methodologies.
Deep understanding of multi-threaded application development in high-performance, low-latency environments.
Familiar with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code reviews, and other common development activities.
Knowledge of N-tier architecture development.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide architectural design for Enterprise-scale web solution.

Job Requirements:

Lead Program Integrator

Description:
The Lead Program Integrator is responsible for driving New Product Introduction program execution for a product.  The LPI develops the Integrated Program Plan and ensures that the necessary resources are applied and delivering to plan.  In addition the LPI works with a small to mid-sized cross-functional team to ensure product manufacturability, serviceability, safety and quality.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Drive program execution and milestone closure using eNPI. 
Lead all cross-functional program activities for software programs. 
Manage the product development process for NPI programs.
Communicate program plans with cross-functional team and management. 
Manage global program resources, schedules and program risks.   
Own development schedules and team execution, must report out regularly to management team.  
Own the release distribution activities and processes for NPI programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 3 years working experiences
At least 2 years of program planning and execution
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships, including strong influential and communication skills
Demonstrated understanding/experience with the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Engineering (Computer Science or EE)
Understands and advocates customer needs in all phases of product development   and drives quality in all NPI activities.
Excellent problem solving skills, sound judgment, initiative, and creativity. 
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues
Demonstrated skills in proactively identifying, facilitating and driving closure of a product/program
