Description

- Leads Ops NPI cross-functional team to ensure the success of new product introduction to the market

- Represents Mfg Ops in product development activities and cross-functional team meetings for manufacturing requirements and schedules per RNPP

- Manages contract manufacturers to resolve issues and deliver builds on time

- Manages product changes during NPI and ensures the deliverables from all departments

- Establishes product cost model while working with Ops Supply Chain

Manages product transition for NPI to volume production

 

Qualifications

- Minimum of fifteen years working experience in new product introduction roles

- Experienced in project and program management, efficient with various systems / tools (Oracle, Agile, MS project, Excel, etc.)

- Knowledgeable of product development process in telecom / networking technology and products

- Familiar with manufacturing requirements, processes, and procedures.

Strong communications skills and demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams
