Job Summary
To manage group of programs to meet the requirement for the organization including pricing, supplier network setup, PPV, product cost impact, build/ship plan
Roles and responsibilities
Raw material and FG inventory control and turnover rate improvement;
Work with Engineering team on alternative source development;
Optimize the material supply chain to reduce the product lead time.
Quarterly quote review
Quarterly review of inventory impact from EOL/LTB parts, obsolete parts from ECO and product EOL, excess materials from reduced demand and high MOQ
Monthly review of supply chain of long lead time parts
Supply assurance of long lead time materials for ILQ to meet FCS requirement
Quarterly direct pricing negotiation with manufacturers for Company Controlled Items owned by BU such as microphones, speakers, LCDs, and plastics
Qualifications and Requirement
Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration
Minimum 5 years material management experience in multi-national company
Master planning experience in EMS factory preferred
Basic knowledge on sourcing, quality system and EMS management
Good negotiation skill
Good communication skill, both in Chinese and English
