Job summary

Ensure high product quality output of Company products at local China contract manufacturers

Roles & Responsibilities

Results oriented individual that can have great positive and broad influence on improving quality in a supplier's operation

Create and implement quality tracking system and reporting system to ensure highest possible outgoing quality and low field failure rate

Establish effective quality corrective action system, track and report results

Work closely with Company voice business unit and with other Company quality professionals globally for consistent and proactive improvement

Report regularly on quality results and achievements

Provide clear and consistent representation for Company quality at customer site

Qualifications and Requirement

Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields

Minimum 5 years experience in supplier quality and/or quality engineering experiences

Be good at applying quality monitoring and improvement techniques to VOIP or network products

Good commutation skill, both in Chinese and English

Willing to influence others

Good negotiation skill

Required fluent English, both spoke and written
