领导设计团队对产品需求进行技术分析，并向产品部门和项目部门提供较准确的技术评估报告；

根据产品需求，提供整体系统设计方案，制定系统设计计划；

在多个技术领域具备较强的技术能力，并带领其他成员在该领域独立开展系统设计工作；

主导产品故障分析和解决，主导产品性能的提高；

为整个研发部门提供一系列的技术培训和技术讲座；

 

资历

通信工程，通信技术或计算机专业硕士学历；

2-3年以上TD-SCDMA或WDCMA无线接入网（RAN）或无线网络控制器（RNC）或无线基站（Node B）系统设计工作经验；

工作积极、认真、负责，具有团队合作意识；

英语读写听说流畅；

 

 

R&D System Design Engineer

职位描述

Description

As System design engineer, you will participate the pre-study and analysis of product requirements, report the cost estimation and technical proposal to project;

Prepare the detail system design on RNC or RBS node, and deliver the solution to SW implementation and I&V according to project plan;

Orovide the technical support when SW implementation and I&V, trouble shooting as well;

Other assigned system design job.

 

Qualifications

You have a good technical knowledge on product/system and a good understanding on business. You enjoy working with customer and can provide technical solution base on customer requirements. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.

You should also have

A university degree or above in telecommunication, computer science or equivalent.

Experience with telecommunication system management and or system integration on TD-SCDMA RNC or RBS, or WCDMA RBS.

Good written and spoken English
