• Manage, co-ordinate and drive R&D hardware maintenance activities.
• Provide regular reports on maintenance, highlighting issues on customer status, production status, Trouble Report & Change Request status, Last-Time-Buy roadmap status, etc.
• Support Network Acceptance License test activities with Ministry of Information Industry of China.
• Take full responsibility of the project & deliver according to plan.
• Ensure the project & product quality.

• A minimum of 5 years experience on 2G/3G development.

• Support the design manager in the task to ensure that the radio design & maintenance activities within the R&D Center in an efficient way fulfill the needs of the R&D Center projects.
• Handle trouble reports from various interfaces (production, customers, I&V etc), including trouble shooting and root cause analysis.
• Handle change requests.
• Handle design changes due to last time buy cases.
• Follow quality situation for products within R&D centers scope.
• Establish and develop radio design environment (including lab facilities) within the R&D Center.

• University degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of Wireless Communication systems.
• Excellent knowledge of different radio design areas mastering at least one of the areas analogue design, RF design, PA design and frequency generation design.
• A minimum of three years experience of technical work within wireless communication systems and radio design.
• Good communication skills and social ability.
