System Engineer for GPON
Description
CBC/XNE is a part of System I&V and Management System R&D within China R&D, located in Beijing and it takes the task of GPON O&M system design, software design and I&V.
Job description
We are looking for some system designers for this team. Following are the key responsibilities:
- Review and provide feedback for product requirements and customer documentation
- Master of the EMS system architecture, figure out effective idea to improve the feature and performance of EMS system
- System related documents (Implementation proposal, Anatomy plan¡) writing and reviewing
- Work as feature design lead, in charge of the high quality implementation of one specific feature in EMS
- Working closely with other international teams, actively drive the task going forward
Qualifications
- Master of CS/EE or equivalent
- More than 3 years¡¯ working experience in R&D area
Competence
- Solid working experience in object oriented system design and programming, proved skill for architecture design of complicated software system
- O&M product system design experience is preferred
- Good understanding of telecommunication knowledge, GPON standard and product knowledge is a plus
- Oracle database design experience is preferred
- CORBA based system design experience is preferred
- Open and good at communication, good team player and able to work in high pressure
- Pro-active and very strong "Can do" attitude
- Fluent in both oral and written English
