Payroll Manager

Responsibility:
Manages the activities of the payroll function. 
Develops policies and procedures for payroll process and timekeeping. 
Ensures the generation of the company payroll, including labor distribution records, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime and withholding status. 
Meets all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions. 
Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirement:
5+ years work experience, with 3 years people management experience
Bachelor degree or above in finance/accounting or related fields
Excellent English skill, both in written and spoken, can speak French, Germany, Spanish, Japanese is a big plus
Deep Knowledge on international accounting
CPA certificate is preferred
Have experience on Global payroll function, and cross legal entity support
Familiar with ERP system, especially on Peoplesoft
Can Work under pressure, meet deadline
Potential night shift possibility
