Responsibility:
¡Á Supervise the activities of general accounting functions.
¡Á Implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies, including all accounts payable / receivable functions.
¡Á Oversees billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy.
¡Á Implements solutions to billing problems and oversees testing of system modifications designed to accommodate these solutions.
¡Á Participates in long-term planning and implementation projects to ensure effective use of current and future technology.
¡Á Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data.
¡Á Acts as a liaison between the company, government and auditors in providing the required information and ensuring that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
¡Á Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Requirement:
¡Á 5+ years work experience, with 3 years people management experience
¡Á Major in finance/accounting or related fields
¡Á Excellent English skill, both in written and spoken, can speak French, Germany, Spanish, Japanese is a big plus
¡Á Deep Knowledge on international accounting
¡Á CPA certificate is preferred
¡Á Have experience on Global AP function, and cross legal entity support
¡Á Familiar with ERP system, especially on Peoplesoft
¡Á Can Work under pressure, meet deadline
¡Á Potential night shift possibility
